An amazing well done to Team QH today at the Great Welsh Marathon at Llanelli. We had 7 doing the marathon and Darren doing the half.
A massive congratulations goes out to Iain with an amazing time of 2:52 and 2 others going extremely close to sub-3h: Greg on 3:01 and Nick S on 3:05. Ben and Scott did fantasically, and Tom P was using it as a training run! Unfortunately Rich had to pull out after 10 miles due to injury – everyone at Team QH is sure he will bounce back stronger!
