We collect information about you when you complete relevant forms for us, including new or renewing member application forms.
How will we use the information about you?
When you become a member of or renew your membership with Quantock Harriers you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called My Athletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign in and update your My Athletics portal (which amongst other things allows you to set and amend your privacy settings)

We will use the information about you to administer the club as required. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties, other than those agreed in the membership application.
As a runner in our annual Quantock Beast race, we are sent details provided when you sign up online at the Run Britain website. We only use these details for administration of the race.
For both members of our club and participants in the Quantock Beast, we would like to send you newsletters and other information to keep you up to date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
Access to your information and correction

Once you are no longer involved with Quantock Harriers or the Quantock Beast, we will securely retain your data for 3 years.
